Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

• You do not need to contact us even if you arrive after the Check-in time you provided when making your reservation.
• If you will be arriving after midnight, please contact us.
• If you have reserved dinner or any time-specific optional services and will not be able to arrive by your reserved time, please contact the hotel.

*Please note that the front desk gets very crowded between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, as well as after Universal Studios Japan closes.

The following is an introduction to parking at Hotel Universal Port and Hotel Universal Port Vita.
Each hotel has its own parking lot (self-parking). Please note that the number of parking spaces is limited, and when the parking lot is full, we will guide you to a nearby affiliated for pay parking lot.

Please settle your bill when checking-in. Room charges can be paid in cash or any of the following payment methods. However, if the amount exceeds 100,000 yen, please settle the bill then.

You can purchase Studio Passes for Universal Studios Japan Check-in Day the following day.

• This service is available exclusively to guests who stay at the hotel.
• Tickets are sold only while supplies last. Guests may purchase tickets at our hotelticket counter for that day or the following day for Universal Studios Japan. However, if tickets are sold out, they will not be available at our hotelticket counter.

*To purchase a discounted Studio Pass for guests with disabilities, you must present a disability certificate designated by Universal Studios Japan.The Universal Studios Japan disability certificates refer to the Physical Disability Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate (Care Certificate, Love Certificate), Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate, Atomic Bomb Survivor Certificate (Atomic Bomb Survivor Health Certificate), and War Injury and Illness Certificate.
*A discounted Studio Pass for people with disabilities may be purchased 11 holding a disability certificate.

*The Kaiyukan & Captain Line (shuttle boat) combo ticket is not sold at the hotel ticket counter. If you wish to purchase one, please do so at Universal City Port (boarding area/ticket office).

For your safety and security, the elevators in the hotel are equipped with a security system.
To go to your room floor, hold your room key over the sensor in the elevator to activate the system. If you leave your room without your room key, you will not be able to re-enter to your room.

As for Hotel Universal Port Vita, the main entrance is locked between the hours of 1:00 am and 5:00 am.
If you wish to check in during these hours, please use the intercom next to the porch entrance to call reception. Guests with room keys can unlock the door by holding their room key over the sensor next to the porch entrance.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in guest rooms. Please check the guide provided At check-in or the QR code in your room for the SSID and password.
Please note that the Wi-Fi in the hotel is a best-effort type service (no bandwidth guarantee), so if too many guests use it at once, the connection speed may drop and it may be difficult to connect to the Internet. Thank you for your understanding.
