Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is until 11:00.

• No need to contact us even if you arrive after the scheduled Check-in time you indicated at the time of reservation.
• If your arrival is after midnight, please contact us.
• If you have reserved dinner or other optional services with a specific time, please contact the hotel if you will not be able to arrive on time.

The front desk is very busy from 15:00 to 17:00 and after the Universal Studios Japan closes. Please understand this in advance.

Hotel Universal Port and Hotel Universal Port Vita require a parent or guardian to submit a parental consent form for guests under the age of 18 stay the hotel alone. Please download and print the following stay consent form and submit it to the hotel At check-in.

The following is an introduction to parking at Hotel Universal Port and Hotel Universal Port Vita.
Each hotel has its own parking lot (self-parking). Please note that the number of parking spaces is limited, and when the parking lot is full, we will guide you to a nearby affiliated for pay parking lot.

Please settle your bill when checking-in. Room charges can be paid in cash or any of the following payment methods. However, if the amount exceeds 100,000 yen, please settle the bill then.

A Universal Studios Japan Studio Pass can be purchased for the day of your stay and the following day.

• Business hours are subject to change without notice.
• This service is limited to stay guests only.
• Tickets for other nearby facilities are also available.
• Tickets are sold only while supplies last. Guests may purchase tickets at our hotelticket counter for that day or the following day for Universal Studios Japan. However, if tickets are sold out, they will not be available at our hotelticket counter.
• The Universal Express Pass is very popular, and it can be difficult to purchase tickets at the hotel on the day you wish to use them. We recommend that guests purchase tickets in advance on the official Universal Studios Japan website. Thank you for your understanding. For your safety and security, the elevators in the hotel are equipped with a security system.
To go to your room floor, hold your room key over the sensor in the elevator to activate the system. If you leave your room without your room key, you will not be able to re-enter to your room.

As for Hotel Universal Port Vita, the main entrance is locked between the hours of 1:00 am and 5:00 am.
If you wish to check in during these hours, please use the intercom next to the porch entrance to call reception. Guests with room keys can unlock the door by holding their room key over the sensor next to the porch entrance.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel and guest rooms; please refer to the guide provided upon check-in for SSID and password.
Please note that the Wi-Fi in the hotel is a best-effort type service (no bandwidth guarantee), so if too many guests use it at once, the connection speed may drop and it may be difficult to connect to the Internet. Thank you for your understanding.
