Tickets are sold in limited quantities. Sales may be cancelled on some dates.

*Electronic payment, barcode payment, and debit cards are not accepted at the ticket counter.
Universal Studios Japan requires the presentation of a disability certificate to purchase a discounted Studio Pass for persons with disabilities. Universal Studios Japan's designated disability booklets refer to the Physical Disability Booklet, Rehabilitation Booklet (Ai-no-Techo, Love Booklet), Mental Disability Health and Welfare Booklet, A-Bomb Survivor Booklet (Hibakusha Kenko Techo), and War Injury and Sickness Booklet.
*Only 1 person with a Disability Certificate 11 accompanying person may purchase a discounted Studio Pass for the disabled.

Kaiyukan & Captain Line (shuttle boat) combination tickets are not available at the hotel ticket counter. If you wish to purchase them, please purchase them at Universal City Port (boarding area/ticket office).

For your safety and security, the elevators in the hotel are equipped with a security system.
To go to your room floor, hold your room key over the sensor in the elevator to activate the system. If you leave your room without your room key, you will not be able to re-enter to your room.

As for Hotel Universal Port Vita, the main entrance is locked between the hours of 1:00 am and 5:00 am.
If you wish to check in during these hours, please use the intercom next to the porch entrance to call reception. Guests with room keys can unlock the door by holding their room key over the sensor next to the porch entrance.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel and guest rooms; please refer to the guide provided upon check-in for SSID and password.
Please note that the Wi-Fi in the hotel is a best-effort type service (no bandwidth guarantee), so if too many guests use it at once, the connection speed may drop and it may be difficult to connect to the Internet. Thank you for your understanding.
