The Universal Express Pass is a convenient ticket that reduces waiting time at attractions. This ticket is available in two forms: one to reduce waiting time for attractions and the other to reserve an area to watch the parade.

Tickets for other nearby facilities are also available.
Tickets are sold only while supplies last. Guests may purchase tickets at our hotelticket counter for that day or the following day for Universal Studios Japan. However, if tickets are sold out, they will not be available at our hotelticket counter.
The Universal Express Pass is very popular, and it can be difficult to purchase tickets at the hotel on the day you wish to use them. We recommend that guests purchase tickets in advance on the official Universal Studios Japan website. Thank you for your understanding. About Security

For your safety and security, the elevators in the hotel are equipped with a security system.
To go to your room floor, hold your room key over the sensor in the elevator to activate the system. If you leave your room without your room key, you will not be able to re-enter to your room.

As for Hotel Universal Port Vita, the main entrance is locked between the hours of 1:00 am and 5:00 am.
If you wish to check in during these hours, please use the intercom next to the porch entrance to call reception. Guests with room keys can unlock the door by holding their room key over the sensor next to the porch entrance.

About building Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel and guest rooms; please refer to the guide provided upon check-in for SSID and password.
Please note that the Wi-Fi in the hotel is a best-effort type service (no bandwidth guarantee), so if too many guests use it at once, the connection speed may drop and it may be difficult to connect to the Internet. Thank you for your understanding.
