Notice of Stay Reservation System Outage due to Maintenance (3/30 AM 1:00 AM to 6:30 AM maximum)
We are planning to perform maintenance on our stay reservation system during the following schedule.
Therefore, new reservations, changes or cancellations of reservations, etc. will not be available during the following time period.
◆Scheduled maintenance date and time: Monday, March 30, 2026, from 1:00 a.m. to a maximum of 6:00 a.m.
*Service will be restored as soon as the maintenance is completed.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers, and ask that they please avoid using the service during the above time period.

Request for the use of mobile batteries
Thank you for your continued patronage of Hotel Universal Port / Hotel Universal Port Vita.
Recently, there have been reports of smoking and ignition caused by mobile batteries both in Japan and overseas.
In order to ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we would like to ask for your understanding regarding the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms as follows
Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you are out of the room or Going to bed.
When charging portable electronic devices from the mobile battery or using the power supply in the room, please refrain from charging the battery in direct sunlight, such as near a window, or near flammable items such as beds and sofas.
When charging the battery, please use it in a place where you can always check its condition to prevent any trouble from occurring.
Please do not use a battery that is damaged, swollen, or showing abnormal heat generation.
Also, for safety reasons, our staff may move the position of the mobile battery if the above conditions are confirmed during room cleaning during a stay of consecutive nights. Thank you for your understanding.
